Part Time experienced Accounts Administrator required for thriving, family Landscaping and Construction business with over 25 years experience, located in Dennington, approx 3 miles from Framlingham and 14 miles from Woodbridge.
The current Accounts Administrator is retiring so this is a rare opportunity to join this award winning business.
The hours will be Part Time, working approx 20 hours a week over 5 days.
Skill set :
Essential requirements – Project Costings Administrator:
Experienced user of Microsoft Excel
Experienced user of Microsoft Word
Experience Email user in Gmail environment
Good working knowledge of Sales & Purchase Ledger data entry, management & reporting, use of Quick Books/Xero a very useful asset.
Good, confident communicator with colleagues and clients
Calm under pressure, strict observance of employer, employee & customer confidentiality.
Attention to detail.
Provide cover for colleagues during sickness/holidays.
Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
Familiar with Accounting software – QuickBooks in particular – although training can be provided.
Familiar with Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
Dealing with Direct Labour weekly time & material reporting
Flexible working hours, ability to work unsupervised in the office.
Past relevant experience – useful but not essential:
Work in the Construction/Landscaping Industry/Builders Merchants.
