We are currently seeking an excellent Lettings Administrator for a busy and well known Estate Agents located in Diss, Norfolk.

This will be a full time position 8.45am – 6pm Monday – Friday with alternate Saturday’s 9am – 4pm, with a day in lieu for the Saturday worked.

Our client has an excellent long standing reputation and is the leading independent estate agency in the area. They require someone who either has previous experience as a Lettings Administrator or a junior who has had experience working in an office in a similar role. The successful applicant will be hard working, personable and be eager to learn.

The offices provide a fun yet hard working culture where training and career progression will be given to the successful applicant.

A competitive salary will be offered based on experience.

The role will include all lettings administration duties such as;

  • Collating all relevant paperwork from landlord’s and tenants
  • Drawing up tenancy agreements
  • Arranging and and agreeing renewal of tenancies
  • Arranging check out’s
  • Updating window cards & brochures
  • Arranging safety certificates

You may also be required to;

  • Register applicants
  • Book in viewings
  • Arrange maintenance visits with contractors
  • Update landlords

The person;

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Someone who is proactive and can use their own initiative
  • Hard working, detail orientated and methodical in their approach
  • Can manage a busy workload independently
  • A team player
