Fantastic Reservations & Sales Manager required for beautiful Norfolk Retreat on a full time, permanent basis. This is a superb opportunity for someone to join a successful, family run business with a small, dedicated and close knit team.

The retreat attracts clients from all over the world, so the position would suit someone who is naturally good at liaising with a variety of different people.

We are looking for a dynamic, polite, reliable and well presented Manager. The role would ideally suit someone with Reservation Supervisory or Management experience within the Hotel, Wellbeing or Holiday sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Heading up a very small reservations team (currently one other person)
  • Efficiently managing holiday/glamping bookings as well as larger group bookings
  • Conducting show-rounds and discussing guest’s requirements
  • Close working with Marketing, Housekeeping and Catering teams to ensure successful retreats and events
  • Highlight areas of potential growth and liaise with Marketing to maximise sales.
  • Set and track, report and meet sales goals
  • Develop and lead, motivate and enthuse your sales team to ensure the best results from their activities
  • Proactively seek out new sales
  • Constantly look for and implement improvements to the customer journey

Role requirements

  • Be highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proven experience with operating a recognised Booking or CRM system
  • Have experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and customer relationship management 
  • Strong organisational and administrational ability
  • Willingness to work 5 shifts per week including alternate weekends
  • The role is predominantly office hours, there is a need to work later shifts when required
  • A passion for health and wellbeing
