Full Time experienced Marketing Manager required for beautiful, luxury hotel located close to the market town of Hadleigh, Suffolk. The hotel comprises 15 stunning bedrooms, a busy restaurant with a popular bar, a 7 bedroom private house, 2 mews houses, an incredible spa and pools, a wedding venue, Italian gardens, helipad, tennis court and vineyards, all occupying an elevated position with stunning river and valley views.
We are looking for someone to join this small friendly, hard working team, providing first class service with enthusiasm and passion.
The Marketing Manager will be highly skilled and have a solid background within hospitality or luxury brands and be proficient in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the business. Someone creative and an analytical thinker who can effectively manage marketing campaigns and drive business growth.
The normal working days will be Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
The Position:-
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- Conducting effective market research to identify target audience and customer preferences
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns, including digital, print and social media
- Collaborating with other teams to implement marketing initiatives
- Monitoring and analysing the campaign performance
- Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources effectively
- Staying up to date with industry trends
The Person:-
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within hospitality
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing techniques
- Experienced with developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to manage multi projects simultaneously and be able to meet deadlines
The successful person will be offered a salary of between £34,000 and £37,000 per annum, with benefits such as 28 days holiday, on-site parking, employee discounts and the opportunity to work from home at times( to be agreed )
