
Property Administrator- Walsingham, Norfolk- RR1671
Position Filled
Full time, experienced and fantastic Property Administrator required for beautiful Norfolk estate in Walsingham.
The Property Administrator will be responsible for carrying out tasks associated with the letting and management of tenanted residential and commercial properties for this impressive estate. The role requires building relationships with customers and suppliers, delivering excellent service and following processes and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
This is a lovely position situated in an idyllic rural setting that doesn’t come up very often! It would suit someone who enjoys working in the countryside in a busy and interesting role.
Hours:
- Full time, permanent position, 35 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
- 1 hour off for lunch
Main Responsibilities:
- New lettings enquiries – commercial & residential
- First point of contact for tenants and potential tenants
- Tenant liaison
- Drafting Licences, Tenancy Agreements etc.
- Schedules of condition
- Property Terrier (Database) Management
- Property compliance
- Property inspections
- Recording repairs and maintenance
- Mapping
- End of tenancy matters & check out
- Tenancy adjustment notices
- Utilities & Rates management
- General administration
- Filing
The Person:
- Past experience of property management/administration
- Preferably NRLA (or similar) qualified
- Excellent data management skills
- Methodical & organised
- Good communicator
- Knowledge of property management accounting software (Landmark Keyprime, Farmplan Business Manager & Property Manager) and mapping (LandApp) software helpful
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook)
