Part Time, Assistant Gardener 25 hours a week – Melton Constable, Norfolk- RR1735
Position Filled
Part time, reliable Gardener required for beautiful 3 acre private garden near Melton Constable, Norfolk.
The previous gardener has been with the family for 10 years and we are looking for someone brilliant to replace him now that he is leaving.
The role would suit someone who prefers a more general gardening role that includes:
- Chainsaw work
- Strimming
- Hedge cutting
- Grass cutting
- Leaf blowing
The Hours:
- 25 hours a week
The garden consists of an established kitchen garden, rose garden, formal beds and traditional orchards. It is going through an exciting new phase of growth – with new beds and garden areas established. It will suit someone active and up for the challenge – all under the direction of the head gardener making it a great opportunity for someone to gain extra knowledge and skills.
The ideal person will assist the Head Gardener who is full time there and is highly qualified with many years experience.
This is a self employed role, Monday-Friday, no weekends.
Car driver essential due to remote location.
