Position Available
GROUNDS/MAINTENANCE PERSON required for private country estate located close to Kenilworth, Warwickshire to cover the current employee’s unplanned sick leave.
This can be 3-5 days a week with occasional weekend work required(when the family are away or entertaining). The hours will be 8am to 4pm.
We are looking for a reliable, capable person to start asap and cover the following duties:
- All grass care which will include mowing using a large ride on mower, strimming and edging
- General weeding
- Woodland maintenance
- Driveway maintenance
- Car cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Basic DIY
- Dog walking when family are away.
The person wil be:
- Reliable, enthusiastic with a really good work ethic
- Local to the area
- Polite and well presented
- A car driver with own transport
- Happy working in all weathers
- Happy to work alone, but also able to work in a small established team and follow instructions
- Dog friendly
A good hourly rate will be offered depending on experience on a self employed basis.
