Part-time Housekeeper for Essex / Hertfordshire borders. REF JF1763
Position Filled
A kind, experienced and reliable housekeeper is required for a beautiful 5 bedroom house on the borders of Essex and Hertfordshire, between Bishops Stortford and Saffron Walden.
The owners are an elderly couple and having someone visit the house 5 mornings a week would be a huge help to them. At present the lady of the house carries out all housework etc, so this is a new position to give her more free time.
Hours: 10 hours per week – 9am-11am each weekday morning, although more hours may be necessary now and again
The job will include:
- General housework/cleaning
- Laundry and ironing
- Bed changing
- Running errands
- Shopping
- A little basic cooking
- Checking in to make sure all is well
Salary: £18 per hour – self employed
References and a DBS check will be requested
Car driver essential due to the rural location.
