Part Time Housekeeper – Gayton, Norfolk – JB1799

Experienced part time housekeeper required for beautiful, grade II listed country house consisting of 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, approximately 9 miles East of Kings Lynn.

The family have 3 school age children, so this would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy home.

The person will need to be reliable, trustworthy and friendly to be around.

Hours:

• 3- 5 mornings a week
• 9am-12pm (or to suit school run)
• Occasional extra hours

The Position:

• Generally keeping the house clean and tidy
• All housework to a high standard
• Laundry and ironing
• Making sure household supplies are always stocked ready for use
• Emptying bins
• No cooking

The Person:

• Reliable, trustworthy with an easy to get along personality
• Discreet and polite
• Articulate with a high attention to detail
• Hard working and genuinely love maintaining the high cleaning standards required
• Happy to change bed linen and carry out laundry and ironing
• Animal and child friendly
• Driver with own transport
• Non- smoker
• Physically fit
• Will live no more than 30 minutes from the property ideally
• Will be able to provide excellent references
• Happy to have a DBS check completed before starting

A good hourly rate will be offered to the successful person on an employed basis.

Car driver essential due to the rural location.

Someone physically fit as this is quite a large house.
