Houskeeper, Colchester, Essex. REF JF1822

Part Time experienced Housekeeper/Cleaner required to work 16 hours a week over 4 mornings within a lovely, large country house located approx 6 miles north of Colchester, Essex and 10 miles from Sudbury.

This is a lived in home, so the successful person will be used to working around a family. Someone dog friendly essential as there are two terriers in residence. There is also a small holiday cottage which will need cleaning for changeover days too.

The Position:

• Managing the housework to a high standard
• Laundry and ironing
• Kitchen and bathroom cleans
• Bed making
• Preparing rooms for guests when necessary
• Deep cleans on a regular basis
• General tidying to keep the house looking presentable

The Person:

• Reliable, punctual with a good work ethic
• Personable and really nice to have around
• Experienced with private household housekeeping
• Will have a keen eye for the finer detail and know what needs doing and when
• Happy to follow instructions at times
• Within 30 minutes of the property
• A car driver with own transport

A good hourly rate will be offered to the successful person who can provide fully checkable references.
