Part Time Housekeeper- Hindolveston, Norfolk- RR1893

Experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy housekeeper with a strong aesthetic eye required for a beautiful, family home in North Norfolk.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated housekeeper with some previous experience working in a similar family environment and/or a boutique hotel.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out normal housekeeping duties (polishing, hoovering, dusting, mopping) Taking care of all laundry (including fine linens), changing/making beds, washing and ironing.
• Generally organising the house, linens, larders, cupboards.
•  Manage fridges and larders.

This is a part time, self-employed, permanent role and would suit a meticulous, careful and thorough housekeeper who has a high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling and cleaning antiques, silver, brass and porcelain.

Hours:

• 15 hours a week

Days:

•  Ideally split across two days. Flexibility as to days

The family have teenage children with some boarding, so the house is busier during the holidays and generally quieter during term time. They do not have any pets.

Competitive hourly rate on offer for a well referenced person.

An up-to-date DBS check will be required before starting the post. Driving licence needed due to location.

Non- smoker preferred.
