
Scaffolding Contracts Supervisor- Beccles, Suffolk – RR1902
Position Available
Experienced Scaffolding Contracts Supervisor with advanced qualifications and a strong understanding of Health & Safety required to join our clients successful and expanding Norfolk / Suffolk based Scaffolding firm. The person must have their SSSTS as a minimum, although SMSTS would be preferred. Experience ensuring safe and efficient site operations is essential and the successful person must have excellent references to prove this.
The Contracts Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing several sites, ensuring health & safety compliance, site efficiency, and client satisfaction at all times.
Hours:
- 45 hours a week (plus additional hours as and when necessary)
- Monday – Friday
- 7.30am – 4.30pm
- No weekends
The role will involve:
- Conducting weekly site visits and undertaking scaffolding inspections.
- Checking in with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Ensuring sites operate safely, efficiently and in accordance with all applicable regulations, legislation and guidance
- Expressing company values and best practice in every aspect of the role
- Being commercially aware & collaborating with the commercial team to support financial deliverables
- Attending weekly operations meetings at the main office with the wider Operations team
- Harness inspections
The ideal person will require:
- Advanced Scaffolding Qualification & Advanced Inspection
- Minimum SSSTS, ideally SMSTS
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple sites
- Full clean UK driving licence preferred
The Package:
- £55,000 per annum (with annual salary review)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
