Full Time Sous Chefs required for 2 locations -to join young energetic teams all offering a professional service to guests and diners.
Sudbury and Lindsey
Both positions could offer the possibility of accommodation on site ( to be advised)
The Sous Chefs will ideally have at least 2 years experience working within a professional kitchen.
A junior sous looking to progress would be considered as would an experienced CDP looking for a new challenge.
the working days will be 5 out of 7 (straights and splits)
The Sous Chefs need to be energetic, driven with a passion to deliver great food

A genuine passion for food, particularly working with fresh, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients essential.
Car driver necessary for the Lindsey position due to it’s rural location(no public transport)
