Full time experienced Secretary/Bookkeeper/Administrator required for family business located in Bottisham Cambridgeshire.
The ideal person will have extensive previous experience in a similar role and be fully referenced.
We are looking for someone reliable, punctual with a nice friendly personality to join this small established team.
The Person must:
- Have excellent communication skills both face to face and written
- Have excellent IT skills and be confident using Excel and Quickbooks
- Be a real team player and work well within a small established office
- Be organised and able to prioritise work load in a calm manner
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be well presented and polite
- Be able to keep accurate bookkeeping records and prepare books for the accountant
- Understand the demands of keeping records updated and all filing in order
- Answering the phone, dealing with emails and greeting visitors
- Dealing with all bookkeeping for the office, accurate recording of invoices, payments and bank reconciliation
- Ordering supplies
- General office work including filing, photocopying, post and typing quotes, invoices etc
- Monday to Friday
