Full time experienced Secretary/Bookkeeper/Administrator required for family business located in Bottisham Cambridgeshire.

The ideal person will have extensive previous experience in a similar role and be fully referenced.

We are looking for someone reliable, punctual with a nice friendly personality to join this small established team.

The Person must:

  • Have excellent communication skills both face to face and written
  • Have excellent IT skills and be confident using Excel and Quickbooks
  • Be a real team player and work well within a small established office
  • Be organised and able to prioritise work load in a calm manner
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Be well presented and polite
  • Be able to keep accurate bookkeeping records and prepare books for the accountant
  • Understand the demands of keeping records updated and all filing in order

The job:

  • Answering the phone, dealing with emails and greeting visitors
  • Dealing with all bookkeeping for the office, accurate recording of invoices, payments and bank reconciliation
  • Ordering supplies
  • General office work including filing, photocopying, post and typing quotes, invoices etc
  • Monday to Friday
  • Good salary
