Full Time Stockperson/Farm Worker, Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire- REF 1355

Exciting opportunity available for a Stockperson / Shepherd to help within an operation looking to integrate livestock into the arable business.

Our client’s plan is to expand a Lincoln Red suckler herd as they increase the use of herbal leys within the rotation, and introduce sheep to graze catch and cover crops.

The ideal candidate would be keen to help deliver the regenerative approach where animals are mob grazed throughout the year across the herbal leys as well as permanent pasture.

Experience working with both cattle and sheep required and use of temporary electric fencing , and semi permanent water infrastructure would be an advantage.

The successful person must have tractor/telehandler skills and be willing to help the arable team during busy times.

Accommodation could be available for the right person.

Salary to be agreed depending on experience.
