Daily Nanny / PA – Norwich, Norfolk – RR1830
Position Filled
A warm and loving family is seeking a caring, fun, and proactive Nanny to support their five wonderful children: two boys aged 9 and 5, a girl aged 4, and twin toddlers aged 16 months. This is a sole-charge role, working Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm.
The primary focus will be caring for the twins, organising engaging activities to support their development and taking them out daily. The role also involves assisting with school-age children’s routines, including preparing school bags and clothes, supporting with homework, preparing meals, school pickups and drop offs. Additional PA responsibilities include managing household logistics, coordinating events, and supporting general household organisation.
The family values outdoor play and creativity, and the children enjoy reading, building Lego, playing with train sets, cooking, and exploring. There is also an opportunity for a green-fingered nanny to establish a vegetable and fruit patch in the greenhouse. Limited screen time is encouraged and only available on weekends or during holidays, with protected time.
A driver is essential for this role, and a car is provided for duties. The nanny should be open to occasional evening babysitting, which will be planned in advance, and must also be willing to travel with the family within the UK and abroad.
The family is looking for someone kind, calm, and structured who will maintain the routines they have already established, yet taking the ‘mental load’ of the mum. They value open and honest communication and seek a nanny who shares these qualities.
The position offers a competitive salary (PAYE) and 28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays (pro-rata). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive household where the children are well-mannered, creative, and love to explore. If you are a nurturing, reliable, and organised nanny looking for a rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
