Full Time Grounds Manager – Nr Halstead, Essex -REF 1132
Position Filled
Full Time Experienced Grounds Manager required for beautiful country property with 30 acres located near Halstead, Essex.
This position requires the following: –
- Estate Security
- General Grounds Maintenance
- Maintenance and security of all plant and equipment on site
- Seasonal planning of planting/pruning (help at peak times)
- River and Lakeside maintenance
- Maintaining the new miniature railway and stock
- Planning for new projects
- Managing and assisting contractors on site
- Occasional interior household maintenance and decoration
- Occasional driving for the family
Some experience of Power take Off machinery from a tractor would be useful.
Use and care of large garden machinery including ride on mowers, chain saws etc required.
