
Part Time Office Administrator – Bury St Edmunds- Ref 1323

Part Time Office Administrator required for luxury hat brand located just outside Bury St Edmunds. We are looking for someone to join this small established team 3 or 4 days a week with a total of approx 16 hours per week. This position has the potential to lead to more hours in time.
We are looking for someone reliable, friendly with a really good work ethic, who can take direction, be a real team player and also be able to work independently.
The ideal person will be eager to learn with a proactive and positive attitude .
Own transport essential due to rural location and as this is an office based position the successful person should be fairly local to avoid a long commute.
The Position:-
- Answering phone calls, monitoring and responding to emails
- Processing wholesale orders on Unleashed software and flagging urgent orders with the warehouse team
- Providing customer service support to B2B stockists
- Assisting with regular B2B priceless and product detail updates
- Assisting with B2B newsletters and email updates
- Twice yearly compiling B2B pricelist and product detail updates
- Adding new products to Unleashed and Quickbooks
- Registering barcode details
- Competitor and B2B customer research tasks
- Assisting with B2B customer satisfaction data analysis
- Referring problems to management
- Assisting with inventory management tasks
- Helping to prepare for the shows, this will require some physical work and teamwork
- Stock counting of returned show stock and yearly stocktakes
The person:-
- Previous relevant admin experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Previous knowledge of working with Shopify and Unleashed beneficial but not essential
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
