Part Time Property Viewings Guide – Diss, Norfolk SP1591 – ON HOLD

Part time property viewings guide required for a busy and well known Estate Agents located in Diss, Norfolk.

This is a part time position for 2 or 3 days per week with varying hours depending on the demand week to week.  A competitive hourly rate would be offered to the successful applicant on an employed basis.

The position would entail showing prospective buyers around properties that are for sale with the estate agency. You will meet the buyers at the properties and handle the viewing process only.

We are looking for someone who is, polite, well presented and articulate. The successful applicant must be warm and personable and have excellent communication skills. No previous property experience is required but experience in a customer facing position would be desirable.

A car driver is a must for this position and mileage will be paid for.
