Part Time experienced Groom – Colchester REF 612 Filled until Sept 2020

Part Time experienced Groom required for small private yard located approx 20 minutes from both Colchester and Sudbury.

The ideal person will be able to carry out all yard duties to a high standard and be confident handling competition horses on the ground. Turning out and leading in from the field.

A good rider would be an advantage to help exercise ( hack) mostly with the owner but occasionally alone. Must be confident and capable so no novices!

This position is Monday to Friday – 3 hours per morning ideal 8.30am to 11.30am( some flexibility can be shown)

Someone who would enjoy travelling to events with the rider ( showjumping) when necessary-  during the week and also at weekends on occasions.

Excellent turnout ability would be perfect- clipping, plaiting, trimming etc and someone who can prepare horse for travel.

We are looking for a 100% reliable person with an easy to get along with personality.
