Part Time experienced Groom – Hadleigh,Suffolk REF 620 NOW FILLED

Part Time experienced Groom required for hunt stables close to Hadleigh Suffolk.

We are looking for a reliable person to join this small team who can work approx 27 hours per week over 6 days.

Hours will be ideally 7am to 11am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Friday ,Saturday and Sunday.

Also Sunday afternoon to get horses in and finish stables from 3pm-5.30/6pm

The ideal person will have fully referenced experience from previous groom positions and be able to work within a team but also alone when necessary.

All yard duties to a high standard including mucking out, hays, waters, rug changing, grooming, turning horses out and bringing in from the field.

Tack cleaning before and after hunting.

Spotting any injuries and notifying the right person.

The ability to hack would be a great advantage to help exercise the hunters.

Salary will depend on age and experience.
