Plant/Groundworker required for Construction and Engineering Consultancy based in Hatfield Peverel near Chelmsford.

This company are looking for a new team member to join their progressive and expanding bespoke consultancy .

This business has passion, innovation and responsibility as their core values and therefore they are looking for a like minded person who has extensive experience in using mobile plant .

The ideal candidate will hold current licences for operation of Plant, be confident in the operation and use of site machinery including excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers along with interchangeable attachments. Competency certificate required for 360 excavators up to and including 20T.

The use of lasers and levelling equipment with extensive experience in preparing sites for commercial buildings and concrete slabs including digging out trenches, levelling ground, creating banks and loading and unloading lorries. Experience in using road forms and shuttering.

The ability to understand site drawings and plans is a must.

Reliability, punctuality and a good positive attitude essential

Due to the diverse nature of some of the projects the company undertake, this position will suit an individual who is happy to muck in and help with all aspects of projects.

Projects are mainly based within East Anglia however due to offering Nationwide coverage the successful person will be required to travel and stay away on occasions.

Car driver essential. CSCS Card Holder or equivalent.

A good team player with a great work ethic essential.
