Couple required for private household located in a village location approx. 8 miles north east of Cambridge,  so a great place to live with easy access to the city and also train link to London.

The position would suit a semi retired couple or country loving people looking for part time hours and a lovely lifestyle.

The accommodation is a cosy cottage within the grounds of the main house, so a quiet, private setting.

We are looking for a couple to work approx 25 hours a week combined to cover a variety of duties as follows:

• All housework within the Grade One property
• House minding when the family are away
• Care of 3 small terriers in owners absence
• Gardening- which includes – established garden, cutting garden, potting shed, fruit and vegetable cage with raised beds, mature fruit trees all set in 7 acres. Most of the acreage is wild flower meadows, tennis court and small swimming pool.
• Occasional driving
• Odd jobs around the house and grounds
• Occasional cooking to help with entertaining

The family have vintage cars so this would interest a car enthusiast.

In addition to the above job description there are always jobs available at the Polo Club, mostly related to hospitality. This is a fun place to work with many events where employees and their families are included.

As this is a part time role for both members of the couple a relative salary will be offered as well as the little cottage and use of a truck.
