Part Time experienced Social Media and Website Manager required for an independent family business, which has been creating speciality sauces and pastes for 40 years in the heart of Suffolk. The business is located in the market town of Hadleigh, however this is a remote position requiring approx 2 days a week.
The ideal person will be fairly local as this will give you the opportunity to meet the team and visit the office when required.
We are looking for someone passionate about food and maybe an interest in Asian fusion food in particular. The successful person will be skilled in digital marketing and be able to help grow the online presence of this food company and engage with food lovers around the world.
The Position will involve:
- Managing and creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok etc) on a frequent basis
- Maintaining and updating the website, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Planning and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
- Collaborating with influencers and food bloggers to expand the Company’s reach
- Keeping track and analysing performance to optimise online presence
- Attending trade shows and visiting restaurants on occasions
The Person:
- Passionate about food-particularly Asian fusion food
- Creative, with strong writing, design, and video editing skills
- Experienced in social media and website management
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and e-commerce platforms would be a great advantage
- Enthusiastic and excited to take the flavours the company create to the rest of the world
- Personable and happy to attend trade shows and even better visit restaurants/eateries around the UK.
An industry competitive salary will be offered to the successful person on a free-lance basis.
