FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – Ipswich

A rare opportunity to join a National Insurance Company on the outskirts of Ipswich where full training will be given.

The ideal person will have excellent communication skills and be polite, well spoken and with an easy to get along with manner.

The insurance company deals with farmers, agricultural businesses and a variety of clients so someone with a keen interest in country pursuits would be ideal ( Shooting, equestrian, rugby, cricket etc) or perhaps from an agricultural background.

The successful person will be working within a small friendly team offering support to other staff members and offering a professional service to the company’s clients. Excellent communication skills and fully IT competent.

This would suit someone who has previously worked in insurance or in a similar customer service based role.

We are looking for someone who has both Maths and English GCSEs at level 4 (C)
