Full Time Sous Chef required for gorgeous country pub offering delicious, exciting menus throughout the year. Diners return time and time again to enjoy the head chef’s cooking and also to relax in this traditional English pub. Comfortable seating both inside and out where early meals can be taken to watch the sun going down.

Located in the village of Lindsey which is between Hadleigh and Bildeston -own transport essential as the pub is very rural.

The ideal person will be reliable, punctual and happy to work shifts including evenings and weekends, supporting the Head Chef and small friendly, young team all who offer a professional service at all times. Someone who can offer chef assistance and be creative in their own right ensuring the standard of food and the experience offered to diners remains excellent.

The menus change seasonally and offer a choice of much loved classics and specials using locally sourced fresh ingredients.
