We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support for a diverse, exciting and career changing role.

This pivotal position requires a skilled individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, superb phone etiquette and a strong background in clerical and office duties. Someone who is emotionally intelligent who can accurately read and deal with complex situations, knowing when to press on certain deadlines would be best suited.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Daily EA support to the Principals on day-to-day items and future needs, pro-actively identifying and dealing with issues before they arise.
  • Manage the personal diary and ensure all travel requirements are met
  • Lead meetings and ensure agendas are prepared and minutes taken with key actions
  • Oversee the filing and drafting of personal documentation
  • Professionally and discreetly meet and greet guests on arrival ensuring their needs are met
  • Collaborate with external contractors as and when required
  • Ensure timely processing of expenses
  • Ensure security and confidentiality at all times

Essential

  • Ability to manage, prioritise and action numerous priorities
  • Highest standards of customer service
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to lead and direct small teams and work as part of a team
  • Confidence, tact, and discretion when dealing with a broad spectrum of people
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Proven ability to work calmly when under considerable pressure, to resolve conflicts and find solutions to problems
  • Accurate with a superb attention to detail
  • Flexible and pro-active approach
  • Focused, committed & loyal
  • UK Driving licence

Previous Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a similar position at a Senior EA level or equivalent
  • Proven experience of working in fast-paced roles that required prioritising own work
  • Experience working in roles where you have developed a strong ability to think and plan ahead and predict future issues
  • Experience of working in a role that requires dealing with or directly working for UHNW families
  • A flexible and mature approach and the ability to use initiative and common sense

Hours of Work: This is a full time role, however, hours of work will fluctuate with the requirements of the role.
