Position Filled
Full Time experienced Assistant Manager required for Town Centre Pub in Sudbury Suffolk.
The ideal person will have previous hospitality experience and have excellent customer service skills.
Reliability, enthusiasm and a good work ethic all essential for this role. Must be a good team player and have great organisational skills with the ability to offer a professional service at all times.
Being able to manage a small team and be responsible to General Manager. This is a very hands on position so someone who enjoys being part of service, assisting, guiding others and overall making sure the restaurant and bar run smoothly and efficiently.
Key requirements:
Assistant Manager
- 5 out of 7 days (splits & straights)
- 3 years minimum experience in a supervisory role
- Fresh food knowledge, well rounded wine knowledge
- Passionate & hard working
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well under pressure
