Part Time Groom, Nr Newmarket – REF 817

Part Time experienced Groom required for small yard approx 20 minutes from Newmarket to care for 2 large hunters and 2 ponies.

Fantastic yard and environment to work in. Access to great off road riding.

Days required will be :- Every other weekend

2 Weekdays every other week ( when not on weekends)

The Position:-

• All yard work to high standard
• Tack cleaning, tack room tidy,
• Paddock maintenance
• 8am to 5.30pm
• 2 days off a week which may be weekdays
• Riding of fit hunters
• Sole charge at times

The Groom:–

• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Confident rider who is happy riding large hunters
• Have basic knowledge of equine first aid
• Enjoy assisting children with ponies
• Experienced in all yard work
• Happy to work alone
• Have a happy, friendly personality

A competitive hourly salary will be offered to the successful person.
