Full Time Estate Foreman- Ipswich / Stowmarket- REF 867

Full Time Estate Foreman required to lead the Estates Department in the maintenance of a significant portfolio of residential and agricultural buildings as well as two Grade 1 primary dwellings.

The Estate is located 9 miles North of Ipswich and comprises both in hand and let dwellings, many of which are listed and a number of agricultural farmsteads, as well as other Estate buildings.

The Estate Foreman:-

• Will be able to demonstrate relevant practical experience in property maintenance including general building work and basic plumbing.
• Be able to instruct contractors and attend to site health and safety
• Will have knowledge of the management of a maintenance budget and be skilled at building and maintaining good relationships with residential and agricultural tenants
• Will also be required to carry out a variety of other tasks, usually associated with a traditional agricultural Estate

In house and external training will be given where needed, to enable a high standard of workmanship and professionalism to be achieved.
