Full Time Competition Groom – Lincolnshire- REF 904

Full Time top Groom required for competition yard located in Lincolnshire for young rider with 5 horses competing up to 4*.

The ideal person will be:-

• A professional competition groom with fully checkable references
• Able to turn horses out to an exceptionally high standard – clipping, plaiting, trimming etc
• Able to drive a lorry 7.5T or HGV
• Fully experienced with grooming at events-bandaging, studding up, walking off etc
• A good rider who can hack fit horses
• Happy handling foals and youngstock
• Able to spot injury and illness and liaise with vets, farriers etc
• Reliable, punctual with a good work ethic
• Friendly, fun and get on well within a small family team
• Enthusiastic with a genuine love of eventing

There is accommodation available and a well behaved dog would be welcome. A partner with employment elsewhere would also be a possibility.
