Full Time Care Manager – Norwich, Norfolk – REF 940

Full Time experienced Care Manager required for Care Agency located just outside Norwich NR14.

Reliability, punctuality, a good work ethic along with a friendly personality essential.

This is a Monday to Friday position and the working hours will be 9-4pm however the Care Manager will be required to work as part of the ‘on call’ team , pro rata 1 week in 3.

The main duty will be to manage the portfolio of clients who are supported 24/7 by means of live-in carers who work on a rotating basis.

The Care Manager will be required to build telephone relationships with clients and carers, have good organisational ability and have excellent administration skills.

You will be required to keep accurate records relating to time sensitive information relating to carers and clients.

You will be supported by a Senior Manager, other Care Managers and a Recruitment and Admin team.

It will be necessary for some travel to visit existing clients and potential new ones.
