Full Time experienced Office Manager required for a leading National Insurance company located approx 10 minutes from Ipswich . Easy access from the A12 with on site parking.
As a key member of the leadership team you will be required to provide effective support to the agents through the management and development team.
You will contribute to the continued delivery of first class customer service and complaint day to day operations.
We are looking for an experienced leader who is highly organised, self motivated and enthusiastic. Whilst previous insurance experience would be an advantage a strong background in leadership is essential.

Qualifications and Experience :-
- Minimum of Grade c in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Proven experience of managing a team essential
- Strong IT literacy , being proficient in the use of MS Office Applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- A background in insurance or financial services would be an advantage but not essential.
