Full Time Internal Sales Executive required for National Insurance Company located approx 15 minutes from Ipswich- easy access from A14/A12 with parking on site.
We are looking for a driven, target focused Sales Professional to join this ever growing and successful, established team who provide first class service to existing and new clients.
The Role:–
- Prospecting activities:- pro-actively seek out and research businesses within target non-farming commercial sectors in order to develop a sales pipeline of quality prospects sufficient to achieve new business targets
- Cross Selling:-liaise with existing customer service team to enable effective cross selling.
- Delivery of new business:- review and identify the commercial insurance needs and prospects and advise on the company insurance products
- Transact business compliantly with FCA requirements and always with ‘customer centric’ approach
- Introduce the full range of the company products including Financial Services and Risk Management Services and the range of Motor and Personal General Insurance products
- Work effectively within a team:-handing over new clients to a truly customer focused team
- Develop knowledge and expertise:-utilise the extensive training support and resources to develop in depth understanding of of the target commercial sectors and associated products.
The Person:-
- Must have a proven track record of selling with real drive, energy and enthusiasm
- Will have strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and relationship building abilities
- Pro-Active with the ability to work independently to develop a pipeline of prospects to drive own sales performance
- Will have excellent communication skills
- Will preferably have experience and an understanding of the insurance/financial services sector
- Will possess excellent IT skills-social media would be an advantage
- Will have a minimum of Grade C GCSE Maths and English 9 or equivalent)
