Part Time experienced Office Administrator required for busy, fast growing construction and engineering business located in Hatfield Peverel just off the A12 approx 15 minutes from Chelmsford and 25 minutes from Colchester.
This will be a 3 month temporary position with the view to going permanent.
The days will be Monday to Thursday and the hours ideally will be 10am to 2pm. There will be scope for more hours in due course.
The position :-
- Checking job sheet details after job complete and raising invoices using XERO accounting system
- Checking bank account for deposits received and updating HubSpot quotation system
- Chasing overdue customer accounts
- Liaising with warehouse staff regarding stock held and requirements
- Placing orders for stock and office supplies
- Overseeing spot checks of stock and stocktaking quarterly
- Answering customer queries (email and telephone) and updating relevant records
- Arranging meetings, taking notes, booking hotels/staff accommodation, arranging staff training
- Recording and scheduling staff holidays
- Ad hoc office duties
