Full Time Sales Executive – Nr Chelmsford, Essex -Ref 970

Experienced, full-time sales executive required for construction company near Hatfield Peverel. Red Leaf Group is a fast growing, family-run business, looking for an individual to join the ground screw foundations sales team. The company provides design and installation services to the residential and commercial sectors. The business is growing rapidly so we require someone who is comfortable with a challenge, can think on their feet and work well in a team. The role will suit an applicant who is dynamic and happy getting involved with the early implementation of processes. Experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not necessary.

The Position:-

• Taking initial phone and web enquiries
• Generating deal opportunities and building business relationships
• Updating CRM system
• Gathering relevant project information from customers
• Producing and sending quotations
• Managing calendar
• Using CAD type software to complete basic design drawings
• Liaising with Ops Manager on logistics

The Person must :-

• Have a Full driving licence
• Have a Proactive attitude
• Have excellent Attention to detail
• Have The ability to liaise with clients with confidence
• Have Experience using Microsoft office programmes.
• Have The ability to learn new skills and be happy to do so
• Be able to share the company’s ethos of honesty, passion and commitment.

Desirables:-

• An understanding of technical drawings
• Experience of Cloud based software
• Construction industry experience
• Experience with SME

This is an office based job although there may be times when site visits are necessary. A pool car may be available for these journeys.

Car driver essential. Easy access from Chelmsford and Colchester via A12.

Good salary offered to the successful person and the opportunity to earn £7000+ commission per annum.
