A full-time position has become available in the Environmental and Forestry department based on a large country Estate near Swaffham which includes 750 acres of woodland together with a large stewardship agreement.

This is a diverse role that includes the production and delivery of firewood, the processing of woodchip for outside customers and the estate’s two biomass boilers, planting new hedges and woodland annually, fence maintenance, and work within our vineyard.

Chain saw use required as part of this role so the relevant licence will be required.

The successful applicant should be enthusiastic, willing to work in multiple disciplines, and preferably some training relevant to the position.

A clean driving licence is essential.  The salary will be dependent on experience
