Full Time experienced PA/Office Administrator required for family Estate located 5 minutes from Newmarket.
We are looking for someone reliable with a really good work ethic to provide assistance to the Lady of the Estate.
The position will include:-
- Diary Management
- Managing communications within the Estate and also with visitors or callers( face to face included)
- Being the main point of contact for tenants of the Estate properties and all contractors
- Arranging events on the Estate – shooting parties and open garden days
The Person will have:-
- Previous PA experience preferably within a private household
- Property Management experience
- The ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organised
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone and via email
- Will be able prioritise and keep accurate records
The ideal person will be well presented, polite with a ‘can do’ attitude and very easy to get along with.
Car driver with own transport essential and non smoker only.
Must have the right to work in the UK and also have an up to date enhanced DBS
