Part Time Gardener/Groundsperson – Lower Raydon,Suffolk -REF 1124
Position Filled
Part Time experienced Gardener/Groundsperson required for private country house in Lower Raydon approx 10 minutes from Hadleigh. Easy access from Colchester and Ipswich via the A12.
We are looking for someone to work 2 full days a week so 16 hours total managing these lovely country gardens to a high standard.
The current gardener is sadly retiring after several years.
The position will include:-
- Grass Care-using large gardening machinery
- Hedgecutting
- Log chopping
- General tidying of the grounds
- Weeding, planting, restocking, pruning and keeping borders well maintained
- Car washing
- Patio and terrace cleaning
The Person:-
- Reliable, punctual with a good work ethic
- Friendly and nice to have around
- Experienced with large garden machinery-mowers, strimmer, hedgecutter, chainsaw
- Car driver
- Will have good horticultural knowledge
- Animal lover as the family have dogs
Good hourly rate offered to the successful person.
