Full Time experienced Bookkeeper required for established Pest Control business located near to Lavenham in village location.

We are looking for someone to join the team working 5 days a week – Monday To Friday  – 08.30 to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Processing Payroll on Sage
  • Monthly Returns – P32, Pensions etc
  • VAT Returns
  • Data Entry
  • Processing staff bonus and expenses
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts and payments
  • General accounting duties

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:-

  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
  • A good team player, being flexible, supportive to colleagues of all levels within a fast paced working environment no matter what task is in hand.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • Accuracy and attention details
  • Able to problem solve
  • Working knowledge of Sage Accounts and Payroll essential
  • AAT qualified
