Part Time Housekeeper – Ipswich REF JF 1571

Part Time experienced/traditional housekeeper required for large country house located approx. 5 minutes south of Ipswich-easy access A12 and A14.

We are looking for someone reliable, punctual with a great work ethic and previous private household experience.

The position is ideally 3 full days a week.

The current housekeeper is relocating .

The position:-

• All housework to a very high standard within this lovely country house- to keep immaculate at all times
• Family laundry including some hand washing
• Ironing
• Silver cleaning, brass door furnishing cleaning and antique care
• Mending and small alterations of clothes(if able)

The Person:-

• Reliable, punctual with a bright, enthusiastic personality
• Will have very high standards and a keen eye for detail
• Non smoker
• Car driver
• Will understand what needs doing and when and be happy following instructions
• Happy to work alongside other members of staff

Good hourly rate offered to the successful person who can provide fully checkable references.
