Part Time Housekeeper – Layham, Nr Hadleigh, Suffolk Ref 1161

Part Time experienced Housekeeper required for large private country house located approx 2 miles from hadleigh in the village of Lower Layham.

We are looking for an experienced housekeeper/cleaner to work approx 6 hours a week over 2 days-ideally Monday and Friday however can be flexible on days.

This beautiful house has large rooms and high ceilings in places so the successful person needs to be physically fit and understand the demands of working within a private household.

There is another part time housekeeper working one day a week.

The role:-

• All housework to a high standard
• Laundry and ironing
• Kitchen and bathroom cleans
• General cleaning of all areas
• Emptying bins, dishwasher unloading and reloading etc

The Person:-

• Reliable, punctual with a really good work ethic
• Previous private household experience
• A good ironer
• Will have a good eye for detail and take a pride in their work
• Will understand what needs doing and when but also must be happy to take instructions
• Car driver due to rural location
• Non smoker
• Nice person to have around .

A good hourly rate will be offered to the successful person. References will be requested.
