Estimator / Quantity Surveyor- Essex/Suffolk Border (FILLED)

Full Time experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor required for established , family landscaping company located on the Essex/Suffolk border between Colchester and Sudbury. At least 3 years of Estimating experience required with a proven track record.

Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar
We are looking for someone reliable, enthusiastic with a good work ethic and a positive, forward thinking attitude. A good team leader/member essential.

As this role is client facing at times, someone with great interpersonal skills is a must.
Organisational, management and delegation abilities also essential.
The successful person must have the following skills:

A professional qualification within the construction industry
Good working knowledge of forms of contracts currently in use in the construction industry
Good verbal and written communication
Competent with Office 365
Excellent level of numeracy
The ability to work clearly and accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to challenge recourses and costs
Be capable of reading all construction and landscape drawings
Full driving licence
