Part Time Housekeeper – Newmarket, Suffolk REF 1251

Part Time experienced Housekeeper required for private country house located approx 8 miles South of Newmarket.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked within a private household and understands the demands of working around a busy family.

The days will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with the very occasional Saturday. The hours will be 9am to 12 with a little flexibility to increase if required.

Start date to be agreed.

A good salary will be offered to the successful person.

The Position:-

• Housework to a high standard of a very large house
• Washing and ironing
• Bed changing
• Thorough kitchen and bathroom cleaning
• Deep cleans when necessary
• Emptying bins
• Emptying and refilling dishwasher
• Cleaning and relaying fires

The person:-

• Reliable, punctual with a good work ethic
• Friendly, polite and easy to get along with
• A housekeeper with high standards and a keen eye for detail
• Someone who understands what needs doing in the house and when
• Car driver
• Non smoker
• Able to provide fully checkable references
