Groom – Nr Hadleigh , Suffolk REF 1236

Part time experienced Groom required for private yard with hunters and point to point horses located approx 2 miles from Hadleigh, Suffolk.

The ideal person will be able to work Wednesdays and Saturdays- hours to be agreed.

Other grooms employed so this is not a lone job!

The position will include:-

• Mucking out
• Turning horses out and bringing in from the field
• Washing off and general grooming
• Rug changing
• Preparing horses for hunting to a high standard – plaiting and trimming
• Exercising the horses – hacking with others
• Tack cleaning
• Hays and waters
• Keeping yard and tack room tidy

This could be a full time position for the right person in the future.
