Full Time Customer Service Advisor required for National Insurance Company based near Ipswich Suffolk.

The ideal person must be a good team player and fit well within the established team who work hard to offer a professional service.

A background in farming or a genuine interest in country life would be a great advantage as the majority of clients are from this sector.

There are 3 main areas of this position:-

  1.  Prospecting
  2.  Sales
  3.  Administration.

Excellent communication skills essential, both face to face and over the phone with both customers and other staff.

IT skills feature highly in this role so someone who is very competent with most systems will only be selected.

The ability to research, plan, implement and monitor sales and marketing initiatives across the board to build a pipeline for opportunities is a must.

Being able to generate publicity – advertising, attending shows, newsletters etc.

Planning, leading and delivering sales and marketing activities to achieve growth, profitability and product targets and develop local market place potential.

The ability to liaise and advise existing and new customers on products with a view to fulfilling their long term needs.  Delivering a consistently good service at all times.

This is an entry level position however a basic knowledge of insurance would be ideal.

Car driver essential due to location. Plenty of free parking on site.

Full training through the levels will be given.

Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm.
