Part Time Bookkeeper -Lavenham, Suffolk- Ref 1307

Part Time experienced Bookkeeper required for established pest control business who have been providing their services to domestic, agricultural and commercial premises for more than 35 years. They are located approx 5 minutes from Lavenham and 20 minutes from Sudbury Suffolk.

The hours will be 8.30am to 5pm -3 or 4 days a week , so between 24 and 32 hours .

We are looking for reliable, experienced person to join the team to carry out the following :-

• General accounting duties
• VAT returns
• Payroll
• processing staff bonuses and expenses
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Accurate data entry using SAGE

The Person:-

• A great communicator both internally and externally
• Able to work within a team, being flexible, supporting colleagues of all levels in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Able to organise and prioritise workloads
• Accurate with attention to detail
• Able to problem solve
• Will have working knowledge of Sage Accounts and Payroll-this is essential
• AAT qualified would be an advantage.

Salary will depend on experience.
