Exciting maternity cover position available for reliable, friendly, polite person with a genuine love of dogs. Such a fabulous job and rarely available.
An office role with lots of contact with the hotel guests (dogs). The successful person must be confident with dogs and happy having them in the office – possibly sleeping on your feet.

The role will include the following:

• Running the office
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic accounting knowledge – experience with Quickbooks would be excellent.
• Liaising with clients via phone / email
• Carrying out paperwork for bookings
• Organising taxi trips to collect the dogs
• Preparing invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Filing
• Preparing photo montages to keep owners updated.

Extras that would be an added bonus include:

• Bathing and brushing dogs
• Walking dogs

This is a Monday to Friday position totalling approx 20 hours over the 5 days, ideally the hours will be 1pm to 5pm daily, however some flexibility can be shown.

Competitive hourly rate offered to the successful person.
