Customer Service Advisor- REF 527

Full Time Customer Service Advisor required for leading National Insurance company located approx 4 miles from Ipswich centre.

This position is ideal for someone with the following:

• a background in farming
• equestrian interest
• a country sports enthusiast
• a genuine love of country life, farming etc
• a graduate from agricultural college
Full training can be offered although someone with previous basic insurance experience would be perfect.

The most important factor is that the successful person is reliable, well presented with excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone. A good command of the English language and the ability to produce, check and send out correct documentation.

The ideal person will have really good IT skills and be able to use a variety of programmes including Microsoft and specific company systems.

We are looking for a really good team player who is enthusiastic, positive with a forward thinking attitude.

A confident, polite person who can liaise with clients giving advice on insurance products and offering a professional service at all times.

There is an opportunity to progress through the company for the right person.

This is a Monday to Friday position . 9am to 5.30pm

Good starting salary offered which will be reviewed following further qualifications.

Car driver essential due to the location ( plenty of free parking on site) and also to client visits.
