Part Time Gardener/Handyperson required for private country house located approx 2 miles from Hadleigh, Ipswich, Suffolk.

We are looking for someone reliable to work one full day a week assisting the Gardener with a variety of tasks to keep the grounds of this lovely property looking great at all times.

The Position:-

  • Grass cutting
  • Strimming
  • Edging
  • Weeding, cutting back
  • Leaf collecting
  • Spraying
  • Hedge Cutting
  • Chopping logs
  • Keeping swimming pool area and tennis court clean and tidy
  • Maintaining driveways
  • General tidying and DIY tasks around the estate where necessary

The Person:-

  • Reliable, easy to get along with and polite
  • Will have good horticultural knowledge
  • Happy to take instruction
  • Happy to have a varied workload
  • Experienced in basic DIY
  • Experienced with large garden machinery
  • Car driver

A good hourly rate will be offered to the successful person who can provide fully checkable references.
